RRP £44.99 With the revolution in non-stretch braided lines for conventional fishing, it was only a matter of time before flylines went down the same route. Airflo has created a range of technically advanced fly lines with an extremely low stretch level that recreates the feel of a "braided super line" for fly fishing. Reducing the stretch level in a flyline gives huge advantages in terms of casting performance. The less stretch in the core, the less energy is lost during the cast - ask any experienced caster. Working with a new production process and core material has allowed us to produce a line with around 6% stretch as opposed to the normal 20%+ whilst maintaining almost zero memory. This minimal stretch level gives great bite detection and improved hook penetration even at extreme range. All lines are 35yds long for long distance and will certainly suit the Stillwater flyfishers they have been designed for. Clearing Stock due to Limited Remaining Sizes Scierra EDP fly line has been designed by World Champion Hywel Morgan and gives you the ability to present a fly perfectly at distance. In effect, the EDP is a cleverly manufactured one piece head and running line system that allows you to cast long distances but with an extra long front taper that slows down the turn over and eliminates excess energy that can cause the head to collapse and disturb the water. The EDP is not confined by the AFTM system, instead it has been developed with serious consideration to rod load and line density to give a perfect balance with todays high modulus fly rods. The head sections are relatively short and are very easy to aerialise, even in confined spaces. All the lines have super slick running coating that incorporates many hydrophobic additives which repel dirt and keep the line in better condition for longer.
