Once you receive your TFG rod, the Warranty card must be returned to TFG within 30 days to activate your guarantee. This is an original owner guarantee, and is non transferable. If the product is found to be defective, or you damage it in any way, TFG will repair it or replace it. A £25 excess applies to any claim you make to cover processing and any postage and packaging. Rods should be returned via Insured Recorded method. TFG reserves the right to replace broken rods with a similar priced rod in the current range.
