How to return an item-

 

Our "no quibbles" guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 30 days of the date you received the item, unopened (with any seals and shrink wrap intact) and we will issue a full refund for the purchase price you paid for the item (i.e. excluding any shipping costs you paid for the item). Please note: We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.


Please follow the steps below to enable us to process your refund efficiently:

• Please include your order number

• in the case of a faulty product, please provide a full description of the fault

• wrap the item securely in its original packaging (if any) with all warranty cards, licences, manuals and accessories

• then send the package to the address below:

• your refund will be processed within 48 hours, and on average the refund will appear on your card statement around 3 working days after this

For your protection we recommend that you use a recorded-delivery service, with insurance covering the full replacement value of the goods.

Damaged / Faulty Goods-

In the unlikely event that your package arrives visibly damaged, under no circumstances should you accept the delivery.
However, should damage not be apparent on delivery please notify us immediately so that we can submit a claim without delay (many carriers have very tight deadlines).
If you have selected a Carrier Service, then your shipment is fully insured and we will pursue the claim.
If you have selected First Class Recorded Delivery, then we will submit a claim, but please bear in mind that with Royal Mail this can often take several months to be processed.

Under no circumstances should your return goods which have been damaged in transit to us before emailing us, as in most cases this will invalidate any claim we have against the carriers who caused the damage.
