Despite our efforts, there can sometimes be unforeseen delays in delivery. It may be worthwhile contacting your local postal sorting office if you have selected First Class Recorded Delivery, as it's possible they've already tried to deliver your package. If you have selected a Carrier Service then of course we can track your order, however Royal Mail being a budget service, is not time guaranteed and items are not considered lost until 14 working days after dispatch. Please bear this in mind when selecting a delivery option - particularly if you require the goods for a certain date. Damaged deliveries-
In the unlikely event that your package arrives visibly damaged, under no circumstances should you accept the delivery. However, should damage not be apparent on delivery please notify us immediately so that we can submit a claim without delay (many carriers have very tight deadlines).
